Dennis Voshel began working with Independent Equality Solutions in 2019 as a Job Coach, supporting individuals in learning new skills and maintaining successful employment. His dedication and leadership led to a promotion to Job Developer, and in 2022 he advanced to his current role as Transportation Coordinator.

Since taking over the department, Dennis has overseen significant growth—expanding routes, adding new counties, and improving efficiency across all transportation services. His commitment to quality, reliability, and safety has strengthened IES’s transportation division and ensured dependable access to work, appointments, and community life.

Before joining IES, Dennis worked with Malcolm Porter at Creative Living & Working Services (CLW), starting as a Direct Support Professional and later becoming Workshop Specialist Supervisor. That early experience in direct support and vocational training gave him a deep understanding of individual needs and program operations.

Today, Dennis applies that same work ethic and insight to ensure every ride represents the values of IES—consistency, respect, and independence. His leadership continues to drive the department’s success and ongoing expansion throughout Northeast Ohio.
