SYWE Pathways

From Classroom to Career. One Summer at a Time.
The Summer Youth Work Experience program is designed to meet students where they are and guide them toward where they want to go. With dedicated coaching and employer partnerships, we help youth develop the skills they’ll use for life.

Through early exposure to work environments, youth gain clarity about their goals and a stronger foundation for future success in employment or post-secondary pathways.
