Carly Sichau

HPC Coordinator
Carly Sichau has been a dedicated member of Independent Equality Solutions since 2019, when she joined the organization as a Job Developer. Before coming to IES, Carly worked as a Job Developer with ViaQuest, where she gained valuable experience supporting people in achieving employment goals and greater independence.
 
Throughout her time at IES, Carly has consistently demonstrated reliability, compassion, and a strong commitment to quality services. In 2023, she stepped into the role of Residential Services Manager, where she led staff teams, supported residents in daily living, and ensured that services were delivered with dignity, structure, and respect. During her leadership in residential services, Carly played a key role in improving staffing stability, strengthening team communication, and raising overall service quality across the homes she oversaw.
 
In 2026, Carly was promoted to HPC Coordinator, taking on responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Homemaker/Personal Care department. She now oversees scheduling, staff support, and service coordination, with a focus on consistent care, strong documentation practices, and continuous quality improvement so individuals can live safely and confidently in their homes.
 
Carly approaches her work with patience, organization, and heart. She believes that strong services begin with listening to people, supporting staff, and treating every individual like family—values that reflect the mission of IES.
